Welcome to Cheers Stadium. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cheers Stadium mobile application and smart locker food ordering system (collectively, the "Service") operated by Cheers LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Cheers Stadium provides a mobile food ordering platform that allows customers to:

• Browse menus from participating stadium vendors
• Place and pay for food orders
• Receive SMS text message notifications about order status
• Retrieve orders from smart lockers located within stadium venues

2. SMS Terms of Service

2.1 Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Customers opt in to receive SMS messages by checking an unchecked opt-in checkbox during the checkout process and providing their mobile phone number. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

By checking the opt-in checkbox and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS text messages from Cheers LLC regarding your orders. These messages may include:

• Order confirmation with a link to your order receipt
• Order status updates
• Notification when your order is ready for pickup
• Link to open your assigned smart locker
• Important service-related notifications

2.2 Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive approximately 2–4 messages per order depending on order status and activity.

2.3 Message and Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier.

2.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, or OPTOUT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a single message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS notifications from us, including order confirmations and locker pickup links. To resubscribe, reply START or opt in again during checkout on a future order.

2.5 Help and Support

For assistance, reply HELP or INFO to any message, or contact us at Support@CheersStadium.com.

2.6 Privacy and Data Use

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

2.7 Carrier Disclaimer

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
